Clevedon comes alive every summer with an exciting schedule of polo tournaments, the highlight of which is the NZ Polo Open and the Hololio Polo Masters Tournament in February. These events bring action and glamour to the village with field-side hospitality offerings.
For something more casual, keep an eye on our events calendar for local polo events where you can watch from the boot of your car with a BYO picnic.

As Clevedon grows, developers are constructing a bridle trail on the low-lying land at the outer edge of the village. But until these link up, we recommend riding at one of our stunning local Regional Parks.
Waitawa, Duder and Hunua Regional Parks all offer special designated areas for horse riding but a permit is essential
