The Wild Fermentary

The Wild Fermentary is passionate about wild fermentation and handcrafting award-winning kraut, kimchi, and kefir soda that is infused with wild botanicals. We are the champions of wild fermentation and love spending time in the wild (that includes our overgrown garden) to forage for ingredients like dandelion, stinging nettle, nasturtium and puha for our ferments. You'll find us foraging up a storm in our Clevedon fermentary and at the local Farmers Market on a Sunday.
