Established in Te Wairoa Valley in 1967, Clevedon Pony Club offers a welcoming and supportive environment for young riders to develop their horsemanship skills. Family-friendly with a strong focus on safety, education, and fun, our club caters to riders of all levels — from beginners to competitive riders. We offer regular Saturday morning rallies from August to May, high-level coaching, and events on our well-maintained grounds, encouraging confidence, friendship, and a lifelong love of horses.
We share a 180m x 90m all-weather arena with Auckland Manukau Dressage. We also have show jumps and a fantastic cross-country course, from pre-intro level to open.
Clevedon Pony Club is looking into a Riders Without Horses programme and is currently seeking expressions of interest.
At Clevedon, the only things we take seriously are safety and welfare. Otherwise, we’re a relaxed, family-first club that supports one another.
