Clevedon Sustainable Development Plan

The Clevedon Village  Sustainable Development Plan outlines the key principles, concepts and outcomes to be incorporated into a future Plan Change for Clevedon Village to the Manukau Operative District Plan. It provides for the expansion of the existing Clevedon settlement onto the rural land outside the existing village core and between the Wairoa River, Taitaia stream and Tourist Road. The overarching strategy for growth in Clevedon will ensure that the village retains and builds on its current character and rural feel. The Sustainable Development Plan provides for 600 additional dwellings (a total of 800 dwellings) and additional business area.
