Great Outcomes

It’s a fact: Clevedon will grow. And with this growth, development will bring good outcomes for our Village; a alternative road to provide options for through-traffic, hygiene (and aroma!) will improve with the provision of a wastewater system, new businesses and amenities will emerge.

 

But we believe that this is just the beginning.

 

During the month of August 2015 we invited you, the Clevedon community, to share your ideas for GREAT OUTCOMES. We received over 1300 ideas which we categorised into 14 groups and presented back to the community at an Information Day in October, 2015. At this event we invited the community to identify which of the ideas had the highest priority.

Clevedon Conversations presents this document as a Strategic Community Vision Document - a document that articulates the community's aspirations for Clevedon and our community as it grows. This document will be held by the Clevedon Community and Business Association (CCBA) and will be actively shared with all landowners and business owners in Clevedon, as well as Auckland Council, our elected representatives, potential investors and residents.
